Next.js website development in Saudi Arabia, for a Khobar developer with eight addresses to sell

Ramz Tuwaiq Real Estate Development builds the Tuwaiq series of apartment buildings in Khobar, from single buildings in Al Hamra to the twin sea-view towers of Tuwaiq Residence 7 in Al Shubaily. Its buyers read in Arabic and in English and compare floor plans before they book a viewing. We designed and developed a bilingual website in Next.js that serves both and ends at a private viewing request.

The brief

What Next.js website development in Saudi Arabia had to deliver here

One developer, eight addresses, two languages, and buyers who compare floor plans and locations before they ask for a viewing.

Two languages, one standard

Every page had to exist in English and in Arabic, with the Arabic laid out right to left on its own address rather than translated on the fly, so each language reads natively and is indexed on its own.

Eight addresses, one series

The Tuwaiq series runs from Tuwaiq 1 to Tuwaiq 8 across Al Hamra, Al Nawras and Al Shubaily. The site had to present the whole series, newest first, while the homepage sells Tuwaiq Residence 7, the twin towers in Al Shubaily.

Floor plans a buyer can compare

Tuwaiq Residence 7 sells three three-bedroom models: Marfa, Al Asalah and Riviera. Each needed its own page, so a buyer can compare them before calling.

A viewing, not a brochure

Every page leads to a private viewing. The request form had to ask which model the buyer wants, so the sales team starts the call already knowing.

What we built

A bilingual Next.js website for Ramz Tuwaiq

English and Arabic routes, server-rendered pages, and imagery that leads with the architecture.

Next.js website development in Saudi Arabia, in two languages

Built in Next.js with the English site at the root and the Arabic site under /ar/, every page delivered as complete HTML with its own title and description, so both languages load fast and are indexed separately.

A page for every Tuwaiq address

Eight property pages, from Tuwaiq 1 on Al Nuairiya Street to Tuwaiq 8 behind Shubaily Mall, each with its district, its scale and its availability.

A page for each floor-plan model

Marfa, Al Asalah and Riviera each have their own page, and a journal article walks a buyer through choosing between the three.

A first screen that sells the view

The homepage opens on the twin sea-view towers of Tuwaiq Residence 7, with two actions: explore the residences or view the gallery.

Built for search and for sales

How the site turns interest into a private viewing

Clean, server-rendered pages in two languages for search engines; the facts a buyer needs and one request form for people.

A viewing request that names the model

The private viewing form asks for a name, an email, a phone number and the unit type (Marfa, Al Asalah, Riviera or a general enquiry), and tells the buyer the team will reply within 24 hours.

Location told in minutes

A location section gives drive times from Tuwaiq Residence 7: one minute to Grand Mall, two to the Hilton and Sheraton hotels, nine to Al Hamra Corniche, with a link straight to Google Maps.

Structured data and a full sitemap

RealEstateAgent markup with the address and coordinates, Apartment markup on each floor-plan page, a WebSite entry, and a sitemap that lists every English and Arabic page.

A journal for buyers, in both languages

Articles on buying a luxury apartment in Khobar, investing in Al Shubaily, choosing between the three models, and Vision 2030 in the Eastern Province.

FAQ

Questions about Next.js website development in Saudi Arabia

Do you do Next.js website development for a real estate developer in Saudi Arabia?

Yes. Ramz Tuwaiq Real Estate Development in Khobar is one: we designed and developed its website in Next.js, with every page rendered as complete HTML in English and Arabic and a private viewing request a click away.

How do you build a bilingual Arabic and English website with Next.js?

Give each language its own routes. The Ramz Tuwaiq website serves English at the root and Arabic under /ar/, laid out right to left with its own titles and descriptions, so each language reads natively and search engines index both.

Next.js or WordPress for a real estate website?

Next.js when the site is a product in its own right: fast server-rendered pages, two languages done properly and full control of the design, as for Ramz Tuwaiq. WordPress when the developer's own team will publish often without engineering help.

How do you list several residential projects on one website?

As one series with one project in front. The Ramz Tuwaiq website lists all eight Tuwaiq addresses, newest first, each with its district and availability, and opens the homepage on Tuwaiq Residence 7, so a buyer sees the whole series and the twin towers in one visit.

Should apartment models get their own floor plan pages on a real estate website?

Yes, when buyers choose between models. Marfa, Al Asalah and Riviera at Tuwaiq Residence 7 each have their own page, and an article compares the three, so a buyer can settle on a floor plan before asking for a viewing.

How should a private viewing request form for luxury apartments work?

Ask only what the sales team needs to call back. On the Ramz Tuwaiq website the form takes a name, an email, a phone number and the unit type the buyer wants, and tells them the team replies within 24 hours.

Is Next.js good for SEO in Arabic?

Yes, when every Arabic page is rendered as complete HTML on its own address with its own title and description, as on the Ramz Tuwaiq website. Search engines read the Arabic HTML directly instead of waiting for JavaScript, and each language ranks on its own.

How much does Next.js website development cost in Saudi Arabia?

It depends on the number of pages, the languages and what the site must do. A bilingual website of this kind is priced after a first call, and you get a written plan and price within five working days.

What structured data does a real estate agent website need?

At least a RealEstateAgent entity with the address and coordinates, and a WebSite entry. The Ramz Tuwaiq website carries both, adds Apartment markup on each floor-plan page, and has a sitemap that lists every English and Arabic page.

Are you a web development company in Khobar?

We are based in Riyadh with a team in Dammam, next to Khobar, and our recent web development work includes Khobar companies such as Ramz Tuwaiq, Ajras Real Estate Development and Dorar Tammam Contracting.
