Web design and development in Saudi Arabia, for a Khobar developer with three projects to sell
Ajras Real Estate Development builds residential projects in two Khobar districts, Al Hamra and Tharwah, and sells them through an exclusive marketer. It needed one Arabic website that could present three projects without blurring them together, answer the questions buyers ask before they visit, and put a booked visit in front of the sales team. We designed and developed it on WordPress.
The brief
What web design and development in Saudi Arabia had to solve here
Three projects, one exclusive marketer, and buyers who compare unit sizes, warranties and drive times before they agree to a visit.
Three projects that must not blur together
Ajras Riviera 1, 2 and 3 share a name and a standard, not a buyer. Riviera 1 faces Al Rakah beach in Tharwah; Riviera 2 and 3 are in Al Hamra. Each needed its own page, its own facts and its own route to a booking.
Answers before the visit
Buyers in Khobar check areas, unit counts, bedrooms and warranties before they drive anywhere. The site had to answer those questions in Arabic, plainly, on the first screen of every project.
One sales desk behind every button
Enquiries go to Al Rai Al Sadeed Real Estate, the exclusive marketer. Every form, call and WhatsApp button had to reach that one desk and say which project the buyer was looking at.
Trust a buyer can check
A developer's warranty persuades only when it is specific. The site had to publish the warranty period for each element of the building, not a slogan about quality.
What we built
An Arabic-first WordPress website for Ajras Real Estate
WordPress with Elementor Pro on a custom child theme: the client's team edits every page, while the layout, the booking flow and the structured data stay controlled in code.
Web design and development in Saudi Arabia, Arabic first
Right-to-left layouts designed in Arabic from the start, with type, spacing and figures set for Arabic reading rather than mirrored from an English template.
A homepage that tours the projects
The site opens on a slider that moves through the three Ajras Riviera projects. Each slide carries the district, the size range and the unit count, with two actions: view the project or book a visit.
A page for every project
Each Ajras Riviera page lists its models, areas and bedrooms, what sets it apart, the warranties that apply to it and its location, with a booking form tied to that project.
- Ajras Riviera 1: 18 units, 143–247 m²
- Ajras Riviera 2: 5 models, 149–285 m²
- Ajras Riviera 3: 36 units, 135–308 m²
A 3D model of the building going up
An interactive model takes visitors from plans and foundations to façades and handover. It rotates, zooms, switches between day and night, and jumps between set viewing angles.
Built for search and for sales
How the site turns a search into a booked visit
Search engines get clean structure and markup; buyers get the facts they came for and one obvious next step.
Structured data on every page
Organization and RealEstateAgent markup sitewide, ApartmentComplex markup on each project page, breadcrumbs and a WebSite entry, so search engines read the developer, its projects and their locations as entities.
Booking that knows the project
The booking link on each project page opens the contact form with that project already chosen, and the homepage has a visit form of its own. Both ask for three things only: a name, a mobile number and the project.
Warranties and drive times, published
A quality page lists each project's warranties element by element, from 30 years on the water supply pipes to one year on sanitary works, and the homepage shows drive times to the malls, the corniche and the King Fahd Causeway.
A blog that answers buyers
Arabic guides on the questions buyers ask before they commit: which model fits a family, what the warranties cover, why each unit has its own entrance, and what is minutes away in Al Hamra.

FAQ
Questions about web design and development in Saudi Arabia
Can you handle WordPress website development for a real estate developer in Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Ajras Real Estate Development in Khobar is one: we designed and developed its WordPress website on Elementor Pro with a custom child theme. The developer's team edits the content, while the project template, the booking flow and the structured data stay controlled in code.
How do you build an Arabic real estate website in Khobar?
Design it in Arabic first, not as a mirrored English site. For Ajras in Khobar every page was laid out right to left from the start, each project got its own page with its facts in figures, and the Arabic titles, descriptions and structured data were written page by page.
Can a real estate website take bookings for site visits through a form?
Yes. On the Ajras website the booking link on each project page opens the booking form with that project already chosen, and the homepage has a visit form of its own. Both ask for a name, a mobile number and the project, and each request reaches the exclusive marketer's sales office.
How long does web design and development take in Saudi Arabia?
It depends on how many pages there are and what they have to do. We design and ship sites of this kind, a home page, a projects index, three project pages, quality, a blog and contact, in weeks rather than quarters, and you get the timeline in writing with the plan and the price.
Should a real estate developer use WordPress or a custom website?
For Ajras, WordPress was right: the team publishes project updates and blog guides without a developer, and a custom child theme keeps the parts that must not drift in code. A fully custom website makes sense when it has to do what WordPress handles badly, such as live unit availability from a sales system.
How should a website show apartment unit sizes and floor plans?
As numbers a buyer can compare at a glance. Each Ajras Riviera page states its area range in square metres, its number of models and units and its bedrooms, then shows the models, so a buyer can shortlist the right floor plan before visiting the site.
Can a real estate website include an interactive 3D model of the building?
Yes. The Ajras homepage includes an interactive 3D model that walks through the project from plans and foundations to façades and handover. Visitors rotate it by dragging, zoom with a scroll or two fingers, switch between day and night, and jump between set angles.
What schema markup does a real estate developer website need?
At minimum an Organization (on Ajras combined with RealEstateAgent), a WebSite entry, breadcrumbs, and a specific type for each development. The Ajras project pages carry ApartmentComplex markup with their location, and the blog is marked up as a collection of articles.
How does a real estate website send leads to the sales team on WhatsApp?
One route per enquiry. On the Ajras website the WhatsApp and call buttons and the booking form all lead to the sales team of the exclusive marketer, Al Rai Al Sadeed Real Estate, and every booking names its project, so nobody has to ask which Ajras Riviera the buyer meant.
Are you a web design company in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia?
Yes. We work from Riyadh with teams in Jeddah and Dammam, and much of our web design work is in the Eastern Province: Ajras Real Estate Development and Dorar Tammam Contracting in Khobar are two of the companies whose websites we built.
