About

Half agency, half engineering team. Entirely Saudi.

We got tired of the handoff.

IntellaQ Flow started in 2019 with three people, a rented room in Al Olaya and one belief: the campaign and the system behind it should be built by the same team. Too many good ideas die in the gap between the agency deck and the developer’s backlog.

Today we are 27 strategists, art directors, editors, engineers and account leads working with brands, family groups and government-adjacent entities across the Kingdom. The room is bigger. The belief hasn’t moved.

FAQ

Questions about the studio

Is IntellaQ Flow a Saudi-owned creative agency?

Half agency, half engineering team, and entirely Saudi. It started in 2019 with three people and a rented room in Al Olaya, Riyadh.

Do you have an in-house engineering team?

Yes. Of the 27 people here, a large part is engineering. That is the founding point: the campaign and the system behind it should be built by the same team, because too many good ideas die in the gap between an agency deck and a developer’s backlog.

When was the creative agency founded in Riyadh?

2019, with three people. Today it is 27 strategists, art directors, editors, engineers and account leads working with brands, family groups and government-adjacent entities across the Kingdom.

Where are your offices in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam?

HQ is on King Fahd Road, Al Olaya, Riyadh 12211, with teams in Jeddah — Al Andalus District — and Dammam — Al Faisaliyah. Working hours are Sunday to Thursday, 9:00–18:00 AST.

What happens when the engagement ends — do you document and hand over?

We document and train so your team can hold the wheel when we step back. Leaving it running is one of the four things we hold ourselves to, alongside saying the number, treating Arabic as a first language, and putting the people from the pitch on the work.

What does being an Arabic-first creative agency in Saudi Arabia change?

Arabic is not a translation. Copy, type and interfaces are written in Arabic first when Arabic is the audience — which usually changes the layout, the typography and the idea, not only the words.

Will the senior people in the pitch be the people on the work?

Yes. Small teams, senior hands, no bait and switch — one of the four principles the studio runs on, and the reason we take fewer accounts than we could.

Do you work with government-adjacent entities in Saudi Arabia?

We do, alongside brands and family groups. The procurement paperwork — CR, VAT, GOSI, Saudization certificate and Etimad registration — is kept current so eligibility can be confirmed before anyone spends time on a submission.

Can you be one partner for a family group’s marketing and its ERP?

That is a common shape here: one team covering the campaigns and the ERP or CRM underneath them, usually a retainer plus an embedded squad working inside the group’s own team.

Who is IntellaQ Flow, in one sentence?

A creative agency and software studio in Riyadh with offices in Jeddah and Dammam — 27 people who run the campaigns and build the systems that carry what those campaigns bring in.
