How long is the demo?
A construction ERP demo with us typically runs 30 to 45 minutes with a senior consultant — enough to show job costing, a payment certificate, a cleared invoice and a payroll run on your own structure. If you want to go deep on one module, we book a second, longer session rather than compressing everything into one meeting that does none of it justice.
Is the demo free?
Yes. The demo and the follow-up pilot scoping are free with no obligation. You only commit once you decide to run a pilot on one of your projects.
Can the demo be in Arabic?
Yes. The demo can be run entirely in Arabic, in English, or in both at once — it is normal for a finance lead to ask in Arabic while a project manager follows in English. The product itself is run in either language, so the session doubles as a test of the Arabic screens, Arabic documents and Hijri dates with your own names and addresses in them.
Do you use our real data?
Only if you want us to. A small sample of your cost codes or a single BOQ is enough to make the demo relevant — you do not need to share production data. All hosting is in-Kingdom, and nothing goes live without your approval.
Who should attend from our side?
The most useful mix for an ERP demo is your finance lead or accountant, a quantity surveyor or project manager, and whoever runs procurement or payroll today. Those are the people who will use the system, and their questions are the ones that expose real differences. A decision maker is welcome but not required in the first session.
What should we prepare?
Three things are enough to prepare before an ERP demo: a sample of your cost-code tree, one real project's BOQ, and a payment certificate you have previously assembled by hand. With those we can show the whole chain on your own data. If none are available, we start on our data and load yours at the pilot stage instead.
What can we expect from a construction ERP demo?
A session run on your workflow rather than a slide deck: job costing by cost code, an IPC or مستخلص produced, a ZATCA invoice cleared, and a WPS payroll run shown in context. We finish with a concrete pilot plan for one of your projects — the scope, the data we would need, and a realistic timeline.
Can you show ZATCA clearance and a مستخلص in the same session?
Yes, and it is the part worth watching most closely, because it is where a demo either connects or quietly skips a step. We raise a payment certificate with retention and advance recovery on it, generate the invoice from that certificate, and clear it through Fatoora — so you see the whole chain rather than an invoice and a certificate that never meet.
Is there any obligation after the demo?
None. You get a written summary with the pilot scope, the data we would need, a realistic go-live timeline and an itemised quote in SAR, and you are free to take all of it to another vendor and ask them to match it. We would rather tell you that a different category fits your business better than sell you the wrong system.
How soon after the demo could we be live?
For a defined first phase — one or two live projects with their cost codes, subcontracts and certificates — weeks rather than months is realistic, and that is how we scope a pilot. A full rollout across every project, multi-warehouse inventory, procurement and payroll takes longer. The honest limiting factors are the state of your current data and how much of your own team's time is genuinely available.
