FAQ

Construction ERP — your questions

Can it do job costing by cost code and track committed costs?

Yes — this is the core of the system. It tracks budget, committed cost (approved POs and signed subcontracts) and actual cost by cost code for every project, so you see the true, live margin and can act on an overrun the day it's committed rather than the month it's paid.

Does it produce ZATCA-compliant invoices for progress and IPC billing?

Yes. Interim payment certificates, percentage-complete billing, advance recovery, retention and variations are turned into ZATCA Phase-2 compliant tax invoices automatically, with the correct VAT treatment and a full audit trail.

Can it manage subcontractors, payment certificates and retention?

Yes. Subcontract agreements, payment certificates, retention held and released, advances and back-charges are all managed against the subcontract and posted to project cost and the ledger.

Does it support WPS payroll for site labour?

Yes. Biometric attendance and WPS-compliant payroll are built in, with labour hours flowing into project cost and payroll posting straight to finance, plus GOSI handling.

Will it integrate with our existing accounting and site systems?

Yes. We integrate with the tools you already run — accounting, banks, attendance devices, procurement and government portals — so the ERP becomes your single source of truth without ripping everything out at once.

How long does implementation take for a contracting company?

Because we configure pre-built construction modules rather than code from scratch, most contractors go live in a matter of weeks. We scope the exact timeline in discovery based on your modules, integrations and data migration.
